# Support contact and the fallback card

> Give your visitors a way to reach you when the bot cannot answer.

The support contact is the email and link that your visitors see when the bot cannot help. Set it so that no visitor reaches a dead end.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Only workspace Admins can change this. Members see the current values without edit controls.

## When the contact card appears

The widget shows the contact card in three cases:

* The bot cannot answer from your documents.
* Your workspace used all its replies.
* Your workspace has no plan yet, or your subscription is paused or ended (cancelled or expired).

## Set your contact

**1. Open Settings**

Select **Settings** in the dashboard sidebar.

**2. Fill in the Support contact card**

Enter a **Support email**. Enter a **Support page URL**. You can fill in one or both.

**3. Choose the transcript option**

Turn on **Email the transcript to support** if you want visitors to send you the conversation.

**4. Save**

Save your changes in the card.

## Send the conversation to support

The transcript option has this helper text:

> Visitors can send the conversation to your support email in one click.

The contact card in the widget is titled "Need a human?". When the option is on, it also has a button, "Send this conversation to support".

The email contains the conversation. It also contains the note and the email address of the visitor, if the visitor adds them.

Your workspace can send up to 50 transcript emails each day.
