# Conversations

> Read every question visitors ask and see how the bot answered it.

The Conversations page lists the questions that visitors and your team ask. Use it to check how the bot answered and which sources it used.

The list shows one row for each question, not one row for each conversation thread.

## Filter the list

Use the filters above the list to find a question.

| Filter | Options |
| - | - |
| Text | Type words to search. The search covers only the rows that are loaded. |
| Source | All, Widget, Playground |
| Outcome | All, Answered, Not answered |

## Outcome labels

Each row shows one label that tells you what happened.

| Label | Meaning |
| - | - |
| Answered | The bot answered from your documents. |
| Didn't know | The documents did not contain the answer. |
| Reply limit | Your workspace used all its replies for the period. |
| Plan inactive | The workspace has no plan yet, or the plan is not active. |
| Error | A fault stopped the answer. |

## Open a question

Select a row to open the drawer. The drawer shows these fields.

* The answer, with citation chips.
* Sources: the document and the page for each source.
* Answered from: Answer cache or Your documents.
* Response time and Total time.
* Answered: when the bot answered.
* Contact fallback: Shown or Not shown.
* The suggested follow-up questions.

## Open a question from other pages

The [Unanswered report](https://paperlinkai.com/docs/guides/insights/unanswered.md) and [Needs review](https://paperlinkai.com/docs/guides/insights/needs-review.md) link to a question in this drawer. The link opens the page with that question already open.
