# Overview

> See how your bot performs, what visitors ask and what to do next.

The Overview page is the first page you see in the dashboard. It shows how your bot performs and what your visitors ask.

Use it to find out quickly if your bot answers well and which task to do next.

## Last 30 days

Four cards show the last 30 days of activity from the widget and the Playground.

| Card | What it shows |
| - | - |
| Conversations | The number of conversations from the widget and the Playground. |
| Billed replies | The number of answered questions that count toward your reply allowance. |
| Answered rate | Answered questions divided by all questions. |
| Avg response time | How fast replies start. |

If some questions are not answered, the Answered rate card shows a link to the [Unanswered report](https://paperlinkai.com/docs/guides/insights/unanswered.md).

Below the cards, a summary shows the questions your bot could not answer in the last 7 days. Select it to open the full report.

## Getting started

A checklist helps you set up your bot. Each step gets a line through it when you finish it. The last step is checked when an Admin has created an API key.

1. Upload your first document.
2. Wait for it to finish processing.
3. Ask it a question in the Playground.
4. Add a support contact for unanswered questions.
5. Create an API key and embed the widget.

## This month

Two bars show how much of your plan you use this month. One bar is for replies and one bar is for knowledge pages.

Both widget replies and Playground replies count toward replies. Members do not see these bars.

## Most cited and recent questions

The Documents card lists your documents that the bot cites most in the last 30 days. Each document shows its share of the citations.

The Recent questions card lists the latest questions with an outcome label. Select a question to open it in [Conversations](https://paperlinkai.com/docs/guides/insights/conversations.md).
