# Weekly report email

> Get a short summary of your bot every Monday by email.

The weekly report is an email that summarizes how your bot performed in the last week. Use it to keep track of your bot without opening the dashboard.

## When it arrives

The email arrives every Monday at 9:00 in your workspace timezone. Until you set a timezone, the workspace uses UTC.

The report covers the 7 days before that Monday. If your bot had no activity in that week, the workspace gets no email.

## Who gets it

We send the report only to workspaces that have a card on file and to Enterprise workspaces.

Admins get the report by default. Members do not get it unless they turn it on.

## What it contains

The email shows the same headline numbers as the [Overview](https://paperlinkai.com/docs/guides/insights/overview.md) page. It also shows a short summary of the unanswered questions.

## Change the settings

Open the Notifications page to turn the weekly report on or off.
