# Languages

> The bot replies in your visitor's language. The widget labels are in English.

The bot replies in the language that your visitor writes in. Your documents can be in any language.

## What you get

* **Replies:** the bot answers in the visitor's language.
* **Documents:** you can upload documents in any language.
* **Widget labels:** the buttons and messages in the widget are English only.

> There is no language setting in the dashboard. You do not choose a language for the bot.

## Good to know

Reply quality can differ between languages. We do not promise the same quality for every language. Test the bot in the languages that your visitors use. Use the [Playground](https://paperlinkai.com/docs/guides/bot/playground.md) to do this.
