Paperlink AI is a chat widget that answers your website visitors from the documents you upload. Your team sees the page behind every answer, and when the answer isn't in your documents, the bot says so.
Why we built it
Most website chatbots are built to always have an answer. When they can't find one, they guess. A confident wrong answer about a refund window, a policy or a price costs more than no answer at all: the visitor acts on it, and your team cleans up after it.
Most teams already wrote the right answers down, in handbooks, policies, guides and help docs. We built Paperlink AI to read those documents, answer only from them, show your team where each answer came from, and send the questions it couldn't answer back to you, so you can fill the gap.

We test Paperlink AI against a fixed exam of questions with known answers, including questions it should refuse because the answer isn't in the documents, and questions that try to reach another workspace's data. These are the results of our September 2026 run.
