In one sentence

Paperlink AI is an AI chatbot for your website that answers only from your docs, help center and documents, shows your team the source page behind every answer, and says so when it doesn’t know.
  • Imports your website. Paste the address of a public docs site or help center. Paperlink AI reads the pages and updates them on a schedule that depends on your plan.
  • Reads your documents. Upload PDF, DOCX, XLSX, HTML, CSV, TXT and Markdown documents.
  • Answers visitors. A chat widget on your website answers from those pages and documents only.
  • Shows the source. Your team sees the document and page behind every answer in the dashboard.
  • Admits gaps. When your content does not hold the answer, the bot says so and shows your contact details.
  • Reports gaps. The Unanswered report shows the questions that the bot could not answer.
In our internal evaluation (September 2026) the bot answered 93.8% of answerable questions correctly. It refused 100% of the questions it should have refused. It leaked nothing between workspaces.

Plans and price

Annual plans are billed for 10 months, so you get 2 months free. The monthly allowance still resets every month. Founding prices are locked for 12 months. Prices are in USD; taxes are calculated at checkout. There is no free plan. You choose a plan and add a card when you create the workspace. First-time customers get a 7-day trial. We charge the card when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. During the trial you get 200 replies and 100 knowledge pages whichever plan you pick, plus the full unanswered report. If you, your workspace or your email address had a subscription before, there is no trial. We then charge the card on the day that you subscribe.
