What you get
- Replies: the bot answers in the visitor’s language.
- Documents: you can upload documents in any language.
- Widget labels: the buttons and messages in the widget are English only.
There is no language setting in the dashboard. You do not choose a language for the bot.

Reply quality can differ between languages. We do not promise the same quality for every language. Test the bot in the languages that your visitors use. Use the Playground to do this.FAQ
