Outcome labels

Each row shows one label that tells you what happened.

Label	Meaning
Answered	The bot answered from your documents.
Didn’t know	The documents did not contain the answer.
Reply limit	Your workspace used all its replies for the period.
Plan inactive	The workspace has no plan yet, or the plan is not active.
Error	A fault stopped the answer.
